Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "a8vip" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://a8vip.cam and all services offered therein.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" / "Member" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the a8vip platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal member account created by a User upon completing the a8vip registration process.
• "Services" refers to all online gambling products offered by a8vip, including sports betting, live casino games, online slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and any ancillary features.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a User on any game or event available through the a8vip platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by a8vip under specific promotional terms, which are distinct from real-money deposits until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification procedures required by a8vip before processing certain account actions, including large withdrawals.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the a8vip platform for Indonesian members.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for a8vip customer service hours and scheduled events.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Users:

• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, trust, or by automated bots are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using a8vip in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or compulsory exclusion from any gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of a8vip or any affiliated entity, nor a family member of such a person residing in the same household.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

a8vip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

To access the Services, you must register a single Account on the a8vip platform. The following rules govern account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account with a8vip. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identification number (NIK), mobile phone number, and email address. a8vip reserves the right to verify all submitted information.
• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. a8vip will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify a8vip immediately via our support email if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• KYC Verification: a8vip may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Standard documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and in some cases a selfie with the document. Withdrawal requests may be suspended until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. a8vip reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

a8vip processes all financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions, unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation of receipt by a8vip's payment systems. a8vip is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
• You may only deposit funds from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction may vary by account tier and is specified within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name and verified through the KYC process.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–15 minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours may take up to 60 minutes.
• a8vip reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Attempting to withdraw funds while bonus wagering remains incomplete may result in the cancellation of the bonus balance.

a8vip offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms:

• Opt-In Requirement: Most bonuses require explicit opt-in by the User. Bonuses will not be automatically credited unless the User has agreed to the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) that must be satisfied before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Specific terms are published with each offer.
• Game Contribution Weighting: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%). Full weighting tables are provided in each bonus's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When wagering with bonus funds, you may not place individual bets exceeding Rp 100.000 per spin or hand. Violating this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire if not completed within the stated timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days from issuance). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless expressly permitted. Attempting to claim a second bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the new bonus being declined.
• Bonus Abuse: a8vip strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated group play to exploit promotions, reverse betting, or any other pattern of behavior designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances confiscated.

a8vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, a8vip's decision is final and binding.

All games and betting markets on a8vip are subject to their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. The following general gameplay rules apply across all Services:

• Binding Wagers: Once a wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each wager before confirmation.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, network disruption, or other technical error during gameplay, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes refunded. a8vip is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from such malfunctions.
• RNG and Fairness: All slot games, video poker, and electronic table games on a8vip utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be influenced by a8vip or any third party.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are hosted by professional dealers and streamed in real time. The dealer's decision in any live game is final, subject to video review in the case of a clear procedural error.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or league. Settlement will occur as soon as the official result is confirmed. In cases where an event is postponed or abandoned, specific market rules (as detailed within each market) will determine whether bets are voided or carried forward.
• Togel Draws: Togel (lottery number prediction) results are based on official draws from the specified market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, etc.). a8vip simply facilitates betting on these draws and does not conduct or influence the draw outcomes. Settlement follows the officially published results.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the a8vip platform:

• Using automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated system to access the platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location or identity in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploits must be immediately reported to a8vip support.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits. Any chargeback will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal action.
• Abusing customer support channels, including harassment of staff or making false or defamatory statements about a8vip.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the a8vip platform software or proprietary systems.

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials displayed on the a8vip platform are the exclusive property of a8vip or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the a8vip platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.
• Use the a8vip trademark, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website.

Unauthorized use of the platform's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a8vip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content or odds displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, network failures, or any interruption in service availability.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall a8vip's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

a8vip is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include:

• We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our Services.
• Your personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.

Both you and a8vip have the right to terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting a8vip customer support via email or live chat. Upon closure request:

• All active bonuses and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified bank account or e-wallet, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.
• The account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened once the closure process is complete.

11.2 Termination by a8vip

a8vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process.
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to a8vip or other Users.

In cases of termination for breach or prohibited conduct, a8vip reserves the right to confiscate any remaining account balance.

a8vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, a8vip will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the a8vip platform shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to contact a8vip customer support first to attempt an informal resolution of any dispute before pursuing formal legal action.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation by a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
3. Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit relating to your use of the a8vip platform.
